Eg. This can be handy if you want to open Incidents, Problems or Changes into a new window.&#160; Likewise if you want to view the Forward Schedule of Change Calendar from a Change request. For example, before Clicking on an Incident in a Grid View, hold the SHIFT&#160;key to launch it into a new window. Cheers Ben 0
