This is a tough one to answer. I would like to say everything but its a bold statement. In a nut shell you can integrate Capisce with any system that uses a SQL or Oracle database. This means if you are using an existing Service Management Tool and you want to integrate powerful Customer Satisfaction Reports, you can use Capisce. For example:
1. HP 2. Remedy 3. Touchpaper 4. Service-Now 5. Infra 6. Frontrange 7. Cherwell (of course)
etc....... The possibilities are endless.
It doesnt have to be just Service Management tools either. It can be Training Software, ERP, Payroll or HR Systems. Use Capisce for doing more than just surveys, like Staff Exit Interviews, Training Assessments and evaluations, conference registrations.
